Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) you will be met and transferred to Arusha for dinner and overnight at Mount Meru Hotel or Similar.

Day 1: KIA-ARUSHA

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) you will be met and transferred to Arusha for dinner and overnight at Mount Meru Hotel or Similar.

Accommodation Basis: Bed and Breakfast

 

Day 2: Arusha - Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, drive to Tarangire to discover the giant termite mounds and baobab trees of Tarangire.

Tarangire National Park is home to elephant, sports a particularly dense wildlife. In the dry season, game congregates. The vegetation of this park consists of open acacia woodland dotted with many baobab trees. Tarangire National Park  is an ornithologists paradise, offering an incredible diversity of fauna. Dinner and overnight at Tarangire Sopa lodge or similar

Day 3: Tarangire to Lake Manyara National Park
Leave Tarangire after breakfast for Lake Manyara National Park. Arrive in Manyara at approximately 10am and go on a game drive until 1pm. return to the lodge for a hot lunch and then go on another game drive from 3pm until 6:30pm. Dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Serena Hotel or similar. www.serenahotels.com

Day 4: Lake Manyara to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast leave Manyara for Serengeti National Park. Pass through Ngorongoro Conservation Area along the way, pausing to view the Crater. As you drive to  Serengeti , game drive along the way viewing the park’s resident and migratory animals. Species commonly seen in the Serengeti include wildebeest, cheetah, zebra, lion, giraffe, impala, topi, and leopard. The Serengeti is also home to more than 540 species of birds. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Serena or Similar lodge.

Day 5 - 7: Serengeti National Park
Spend a full day in the Serengeti viewing the wildebeest migration. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge

Day 8: Serengeti National Park
Morning game drive after breakfast and proceed to Ngorongoro for dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena lodge or Similar.

Day 9: Ngorongoro Crater
Leave the Lodge after breakfast, drive descend Ngorongoro crater for a whole day game drive. The largest unbroken caldera in the world, Ngorongoro has an area of 260 kilometers and a depth of 610 meters. The crater provides a protected habitat for thousands of mammals and birds. Wildlife includes lion, hyena, elephant, wildebeest, zebra, black rhinoceros, flamingo, hippopotamus, and cheetah. In the evening ascend the crater to reach the carter floor in time for sun set. Day 10: Ngorongoro-Arusha National Park

After an early breakfast at the Lodge, leave the Ngorongoro and drive to Arusha National Park for last game drive safari. Dinner and overnight at Ngurudoto Lodge or Similar

Day 11: Arusha-Zanzibar

Relaxed Breakfast and with timing for flight to Zanzibar may optionally have some shopping soverniours on the way to Airport. Arrive in Zanzibar. Dinner and overnight at Royal Hotel or Breezes Beach or similar.

Day 12 – 15: Zanzibar

Spend the whole day at the beach hotel relaxed.

Day 16: Zanzibar -  Airport

After relaxed breakfast and later hot lunch, transfer to Zanzibar Airport for flight back home
