Day 1: Dar es Salaam to East Coast of Zanzibar

From Dar es Salaam, you will be transferred to the airstrip for your flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival in Stone Town, you’ll be met and transferred to the East Coast of this spectacular island - the journey should take about an hour. Less built up than the North Coast, the east encompasses a secluded set of palm-fringed beaches popular with tourists. You will be staying at the five-star Breezes Beach Club which offers the utmost in luxury a stone's throw from the beach.

Day 2-5: Breezes Beach Club, Zanzibar Island

You can spend the next few days at your leisure. Kick back and relax on the white sand beaches and cool off in the azure Indian Ocean. There are a whole host of water activities to choose from, such as scuba-diving, snorkelling, kayaking, windsurfing, sailing a dhow and much more! You can go swimming with dolphins or join a Spice Tour - the possibilities are endless. Breezes is a well-equipped resort with its own Dive Centre and an array of facilities. There is also the Frangapani Spa should you wish to spoil yourself.

Day 5-7: Zanzibar Serena Inn, Stone Town

You will be transferred from your hotel to Stone Town, passing rural Zanzibari villages en-route. Upon arrival in Stone Town, you will check in to the five-star Zanzibar Serena Inn. This hotel is close to the city centre and offers a tranquil retreat along the seafront as dhows sail timelessly by. You can spend the next few days exploring the historic harbour and getting lost among the narrow streets and colourful markets of this fascinating city - it's part of the fun. If getting lost is not your thing, you could join an informative Stone Town Tour or a boat trip to the nearby islands.

Day 7: Stone Town to Dar es Salaam
Spend the day at leisure before being transferred to Zanzibar Airport for your onward arrangements. This is the end of services, though our consultants can also organise your travel from this point on.
